We greatly appreciated friendliness of hotel staff, cleanliness of the room and quality of the breakfast. We had room with beautiful view. Parking near the hotel was great. Generally great experience.

The property was clean, the room was big enough and well-equipped. The location was quite good for our hiking plans. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The Hotel is good, enough space and you have a restaurant included. At the arrival all was okay, friendly staff. The receptionist explained everything well. But now unfortunately the restaurant stuff, its was not friendly to me, okay. I forgot the room number, can be happening when you already travel 14 days and ever day you stay at another hotel. But the way the waiter was treating me, is not acceptable. He told me off actually. Finally i got my room number with the friendly support from the receptionist. But nevertheless the waiter continued to ignore me, maybe its also the point of language. Who knows. In all i can't give full points, sorry.

Reasonable pricing. Restaurant was closed but pizzeria was open. Old building and the sound travels from the halls and occupants nearest to you. Views are beautiful though so that made up for the noise. We did a big drive so still slept well. Staff are lovely and helpful

Ottima qualità/prezzo personale disponibile e gentile posto ben curato sia per famiglie che coppie. Ristorante spa e sala svago interna sono un ottimo punto a favore. Stanza pulita bella la vista montagna,la colazione abbondante a buffet ma purtroppo prevale il Dolce. Aggiungerei piu salato Ottimo il punto tra Bormio e livigno

Questo Hotel è una vera chicca esattamente tra Bormio e Livigno. Struttura bella, pulita e con personale eccezionale, la ragazza bionda della reception di cui non ricordo il nome è stata gentilissima e ci ha dato un sacco di consigli sui dintorni. Ambiente confortevole e familiare. Degna di nota la colazione, le torte fatte in casa top del top, complimenti per chi fa quella con pere e cioccolato, è la più buona che io abbia mai mangiato. Peccato che essendo bassa stagione il ristorante era chiuso ma torneremo molto volentieri per provare anche quello!

Qui, tra le belle montagne della Valdidentro, alla pizzeria San Carlo ho gustato la miglior pizza napoletana! Ottima davvero in un atmosfera semplice ed accogliente. Pasquale è un eccellente padrone di casa...il servizio impeccabile Da consigliare vivamente! Anche l'albergo merita sia per l'ottima posizione (vista sulla montagna) sia per la cura e l'ospitalità
